Recent Happenings | Coastal Modern Model Home Install

Things have been busy busy for us recently! We’ve been working on a bunch of renovations which are always a long process. We’ll have some before and after to show of those areas soon, but for today we wanted to share with you our recent model home install.

This model, built by Park Square Homes, is located in Reunion. The builder wanted it to feel very “Florida” since it’s located near a large vacation community. They wanted to show potential buyers what a Florida home could really be. Not to mention that it’s near some fabulous golf courses!

We played on blues and greens in all different shades for this design. The common areas have a soft sea glass blue with pops of greenery while some of the bedrooms and bathrooms get some deeper emerald and teal hues. We used some coastal elements of sea grass and shells but tried to keep those “on the nose” items to a minimum and let the color story do most of the talking. It’s airy and comfy and we love how it turned out! Check it out for yourself!

Happy New Year! | More from 2018

Well, 2018 is gone, but the pictures will live on. Am I right?! I usually do a year-in-review post about this time but I’ve kept you all pretty up-to-date on what’s been happening around our studio over the past 12 months, so another re-cap post probably isn’t necessary. Instead, I’ll show you what we were working on towards the end of the year so you can see why it’s been so quiet around here lately!

This install was a special one. Our client found us on Instagram (because that is their chosen platform for their work) and we instantly connected with them. Their style is kindof funky. They love bright colors and have a bit of a mix of styles — their house is super traditional but we introduced some modern lighting, a few farmhouse touches here and there, along with pops of colors and some beachy elements. They also have a little one who got an updated room! (We always love doing kids rooms). So here are a few shots of the finished product! They loved it so we hope you do too!

Finished Rooms | Final Install Photos

We’ve been at it again, installing more homes. It’s always so fun for us to see everything come together but we love to share it with you too! The installation process can be long and tiring but usually well worth the end result!

This home is actually a model home we did for Park Square Homes in their Verona Community. It was pretty industrial farmhouse in the common areas but the bedrooms and secondary spaces have some fun pops of color!

We've Been Busy | 3 More Houses

All of last week was spent installing 3 more houses for Park Square Homes.  These were in a different development than the last 2 that we installed the previous week.  Each of the three houses had a separate style--Tribeca was a more modern-glam style, Barcelona was more of a masculine modern rustic style, and Sebring was 100% Farmhouse!  It was crazy busy for us with installs so close together but we are super excited about the way everything turned out.  Check out some of the pictures below!

Recent Happenings | Installs, Installs, Installs

We've been installing again!  Last week we started and finished 2 model homes for Park Square Homes and started 3 more.  The first two that were completed were town homes in the Windsor Square Community.  The first was a more modern, brightly colored model with an eclectic mix and play on texture.  The second was a modern farmhouse style complete with shiplap, animal prints, and botanicals.  We don't have photos of every room in both condos but here's a sampling on both houses!
