Recent Happenings | Coastal Modern Model Home Install

Things have been busy busy for us recently! We’ve been working on a bunch of renovations which are always a long process. We’ll have some before and after to show of those areas soon, but for today we wanted to share with you our recent model home install.

This model, built by Park Square Homes, is located in Reunion. The builder wanted it to feel very “Florida” since it’s located near a large vacation community. They wanted to show potential buyers what a Florida home could really be. Not to mention that it’s near some fabulous golf courses!

We played on blues and greens in all different shades for this design. The common areas have a soft sea glass blue with pops of greenery while some of the bedrooms and bathrooms get some deeper emerald and teal hues. We used some coastal elements of sea grass and shells but tried to keep those “on the nose” items to a minimum and let the color story do most of the talking. It’s airy and comfy and we love how it turned out! Check it out for yourself!

Recent Installs | Another Model Home

December is in full swing and we have been going 90 miles a minute with install after install. This holiday season is always crazy and while we love seeing designs come to completion and clients loving their new home, we are looking forward to the Christmas break just as much as the next guy!

However, there’s still one week left and it’ll be a race to the finish so we’ve got our coffee, vitamin C, and rap music to keep us going!

In the meantime, we’ll leave you with some shots from one of last week’s installs; a model home for Park Square Homes in the Sawgrass Community. This space is full of fun patterns and super cozy for all the crazy rain we’ve been having lately so check it out!

We've Been Busy | 3 More Houses

All of last week was spent installing 3 more houses for Park Square Homes.  These were in a different development than the last 2 that we installed the previous week.  Each of the three houses had a separate style--Tribeca was a more modern-glam style, Barcelona was more of a masculine modern rustic style, and Sebring was 100% Farmhouse!  It was crazy busy for us with installs so close together but we are super excited about the way everything turned out.  Check out some of the pictures below!

Recent Happenings | Installs, Installs, Installs

We've been installing again!  Last week we started and finished 2 model homes for Park Square Homes and started 3 more.  The first two that were completed were town homes in the Windsor Square Community.  The first was a more modern, brightly colored model with an eclectic mix and play on texture.  The second was a modern farmhouse style complete with shiplap, animal prints, and botanicals.  We don't have photos of every room in both condos but here's a sampling on both houses!

Recent Install | Lake Sylvan Oaks Model

This week, we're tooting our own horn a little bit.  We've been busy, busy, busy designing this year and it seems that a lot of our installations are happening all at once...at the end of the year.  But we do have something to show for all of our hard work so far.

This summer, we installed a beautiful model for WJ Homes.  It is a semi-custom home in the Lake Sylvan Oaks development of Sanford.  Close to 3000 square feet of marble, glass stair rail, custom trim molding detail, and lots and lots of natural light.  We went very modern on this design--mostly white with pops of blues in the main living areas, hints of pale pinks white touches of chrome and gold accents in the secondary bedrooms, and warm wood and leather elements scattered throughout.  Instead of the traditional white kitchen, we actually did charcoal cabinets with a white countertop, keeping it clean and modern.  We scattered in some geometric tile and some great wallpaper and kept the walls white with art as the focal point.  It was a long time coming but turned out beautifully!  Check out all of the photos taken by the fabulous Stephen Allen and the full post on our Houzz page here.
