Recent Happenings | Coastal Modern Model Home Install

Things have been busy busy for us recently! We’ve been working on a bunch of renovations which are always a long process. We’ll have some before and after to show of those areas soon, but for today we wanted to share with you our recent model home install.

This model, built by Park Square Homes, is located in Reunion. The builder wanted it to feel very “Florida” since it’s located near a large vacation community. They wanted to show potential buyers what a Florida home could really be. Not to mention that it’s near some fabulous golf courses!

We played on blues and greens in all different shades for this design. The common areas have a soft sea glass blue with pops of greenery while some of the bedrooms and bathrooms get some deeper emerald and teal hues. We used some coastal elements of sea grass and shells but tried to keep those “on the nose” items to a minimum and let the color story do most of the talking. It’s airy and comfy and we love how it turned out! Check it out for yourself!

Recent Installs | Another Model Home

December is in full swing and we have been going 90 miles a minute with install after install. This holiday season is always crazy and while we love seeing designs come to completion and clients loving their new home, we are looking forward to the Christmas break just as much as the next guy!

However, there’s still one week left and it’ll be a race to the finish so we’ve got our coffee, vitamin C, and rap music to keep us going!

In the meantime, we’ll leave you with some shots from one of last week’s installs; a model home for Park Square Homes in the Sawgrass Community. This space is full of fun patterns and super cozy for all the crazy rain we’ve been having lately so check it out!

Finished Rooms | Final Install Photos

We’ve been at it again, installing more homes. It’s always so fun for us to see everything come together but we love to share it with you too! The installation process can be long and tiring but usually well worth the end result!

This home is actually a model home we did for Park Square Homes in their Verona Community. It was pretty industrial farmhouse in the common areas but the bedrooms and secondary spaces have some fun pops of color!

Recent Happenings | Summer Installs

We've had some jobs close up recently which is always super exciting because we can finally appreciate the finished product.  The homeowner loves it too because their house is finished! First job was a residential project in Windermere.  The client loves cool colors and specifically requested a very serene, relaxing design.  We love the way it turned out and the client was super happy too!  These are only a few shots but we've got more to come!

This next job was completely different.  The owner loved cobalt blue and black and wanted us to mix in a modern flare with his very traditional home.  He loves interesting pieces and wasn't afraid of making a statement:

And this is our most recent install at a Foot Massage Spa opening up in Downtown Orlando!

Recent Happenings | TMID on TV!

Here we go again!  Thanks to Fox 35's Good Day Xtra, we were featured once again!  This time for a kitchen make-over.  We were able to show viewers how to completely transform a kitchen with some cosmetic changes that make a giant impact rather than a full gut and remodel.

Our owner, Christina Kairis, talked about swapping out cabinet doors instead of replacing the entire cabinet box and even featured a backsplash tile that was only $.15/piece!  Your jaw will drop when she shares total cost of materials for the backsplash!

We love being able to showcase these amazing transformations on a budget because we understand that there's always a budget.  But you can absolutely have a beautiful home without breaking the bank.
