Atelier is French for art studio and that is exactly what we are. We create livable art, commissioned exactly to you.
I built The Atelier because I wanted a studio that looked and felt like me. A real point of view. No catalog pulls. No generic rooms. No playing it safe. Just spaces that make you feel something the second you walk through the door. Our work has been featured in Florida Design Magazine, Interior Appeal Magazine (four covers), and HGTV Magazine, and we are proud Parade of Homes Grand Award winners. We may have picked up a few first place wins along the way too.
The kind of client I love working with trusts us completely, is not afraid of color or risk or something unexpected, and genuinely wants a home that looks like nobody else's. Design is in my blood. Third generation artist, lifelong obsession with beauty, and absolutely zero chill when it comes to getting a space right. I have been doing this for 26 years and I still approach every project like it is the most important one I have ever taken on. Because for my clients, it is.
When I am not designing I am with my daughter, who is the center of my entire world, or planning my next trip somewhere that will inevitably end up inspiring a future project. I am deeply into wellness, meditation, and mindset. I believe in slowing down enough to actually enjoy your life. I love good food and the ongoing challenge of finding great restaurants that can actually feed someone who is gluten free and dairy free. I am a giant empath, a devoted astrology and numerology enthusiast, and the proud owner of a luxury handbag collection that has gotten slightly out of hand. I also have an entire second life on TikTok where I talk about beauty, skincare, fashion, and all the things that matter to women like me. Come find me there.

STACY MONNAR

Stacy has been in this industry for over two decades and she genuinely loves every part of the job. Not just the design side. The whole thing. From the first nail in the wall to the final styling touch, she manages it all. Construction coordination, ordering, receiving, installation, client communication. If it is happening on a project, Stacy is on top of it. She studied Interior Design and Business Management at Florida International University, started her career in Miami in 2002, and her work has even been featured in an HBO film.
Family is at the center of everything for Stacy. Her son is her whole heart and watching him get ready to head off to college is one of those bittersweet milestones only a mom truly gets. When she is not running projects she is traveling, training with her dragon boat racing team, painting, or hitting local festivals and activities around town. She has incredible style, a warm presence, and the kind of calm under pressure that every complex project desperately needs. Classic Cancer energy, honestly.
BETHANY BATTON

Bethany graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Interior Design and is honestly the engine that keeps this studio running. CAD work, construction documents, mood boards, preliminary sourcing, client communication throughout the design process, and keeping the shop in order. If it needs to get done, Bethany gets it done, and she does it with an eye for detail that shows in everything she touches.
Off the clock she is fully living her Gemini life and it is a lot to keep up with in the best way. She is a phenomenal seamstress who makes her own clothes, including her own wedding dress, and shows up to Dapper Day at Disney every single time in a handmade vintage inspired look that stops people in their tracks. She hunts antique markets, bakes, travels, and maintains a giant friend group that is always doing the most creative and interesting things together. Amazing theme parties, unique experiences, the kind of life that constantly feeds her creativity. She brings all of that same energy to every project she works on.

Teddy, Christina's English Cream golden retriever, serves as the Vice President of Pup-Lick Relations. Although he's not involved in the design work, he's always around the office to provide a little bit of canine comfort.
Teddy loves belly rubs and treats, will most likely be walking around with his pickle toy when you stop by. He enjoys watching the activity on Orange Ave from the office window, and looking for squirrels out back.
He may sleep a lot on the job, but he's always available for a pet and is beloved by the entire team. And yes, he is a Scorpio. It tracks.
